Scribble Me Silly was founded by Isabel Rodriguez, with the help of her amazing friends, in 2009. Scribble Me Silly draws inspiration from Isabel’s experiences as a Big Sister, and by her father’s adolescence as an orphan on the streets of Colombia.
Scribble Me Silly believes in the importance of positive role models, of finding your purpose in life, and of creating happiness through the act of giving with love. Scribble Me Silly, and the mission for which it stands, quickly attracted the attention of Isabel’s friends and family, who recognized it as an organization run by creative, generous, and enthusiastic individuals.

We are particularly proud of our logo because it was originally designed by Isabel’s 8 year old Little Sister, Kenisha, who she mentored while volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Having spent most of her time with Kenisha building her confidence in the arts, Isabel wanted to include her in the development of Scribble Me Silly.
Needless to say she was very excited, gave us many ideas from a child’s perspective, and was very honoured for her art to be featured on our website.
